1. Are your products authentic Bath & Body Works items?
Yes, all of our products are 100% authentic Bath & Body Works items. We specialize in sourcing discontinued and hard-to-find products directly from trusted suppliers and collectors.
2. Are the products new and unused?
Absolutely. Every item we sell is brand new, unused, and unopened—just like you'd find in a retail store.
3. Why are these items discontinued?
Bath & Body Works regularly retires scents and product lines to make room for new ones. Many of these “retired” scents have a loyal fan base—and that’s where we come in!
4. Do you restock sold-out items?
Sometimes! Restocks depend on availability. We recommend signing up for restock alerts or joining our email list to get notified when your favorites return.
5. Can I request a specific discontinued scent?
We currently do not accept specific scent requests. Please check our website regularly, as we update our inventory often with new and hard-to-find items.
6. Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we offer international shipping. Please refer to our Shipping & Returns page for full details on international rates and delivery times.
7. How long will it take to receive my order?
Orders are usually processed within 1–3 business days. Shipping times vary by location but typically take 3–7 business days.
8. What is your return policy?
Due to the nature of our products, all sales are final. However, if your item arrives damaged or there’s an issue with your order, please contact us within 5 days of delivery.
9. How can I track my order?
Once your order ships, you’ll receive an email with a tracking number. You can also use the "Track Order" page on our website.
10. Do you offer gift wrapping or special packaging?
Not at this time, but we're working on adding this option in the near future!
